Payments
Payment failures usually happen due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, an expired card, or bank security blocks. Please double-check your billing information or contact your bank to authorize the transaction. You can also try using an alternative payment method.
To request a refund, please contact our support team through our contact page or email us directly with your invoice or transaction ID. Refund eligibility depends on our refund policy and the specific service purchased.
To redeem a coupon, enter your coupon code in the “Promo Code” or “Coupon” field on the checkout page before making payment. Click “Apply” to see the discounted price reflected in your final total.
Log in to your account, go to your Dashboard, and click on Account Settings or Edit Profile. Update your name in the profile field and click Save Changes.
